How do I shop here?
Simply click on member login, register with a login id, password and with basic detail like address, email and mobile number, you can shop to your heart's content.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Yes. Simply write a separate mail to admin@indiabbt.com, we will inform/update once the book is available.
How can I check my order status?
Once order is placed you will receive email intimation on order acceptance, also once dispatch is done. You can also login to portal using registered user Id and check order status online using Order Reference number which is shared in mail.
How much time will it take to receive the books ordered?
This depends on dispatch location. The same will be intimated through email once the shipping is done from our end.
I forgot my login password, what should I do?
Enter User Name and just click on I Forgot my password, automatically new password will be delivered to registered email ID.
Will you deliver books on 'Paid Basis'?
For Members it is always on Paid Basis. Approximate amount details will be shared before shipping.
